record C 127 – concealed underfloor drive for automatic swing doors

The configuration and maintenance of automatic door systems is a daily challenge for installers and service technicians. With i-record, our in-house developed solution, doors can be easily configured and put into operation.
The authorised technician can connect to the door via Bluetooth® using a WIDI (dongle) and the i-record app. Once the connection to the app has been established, it takes just a few clicks to put the door into operation, configure parameters and sensors, update software and carry out error analysis and troubleshooting.

The powerful and compact battery pack with a capacity of 2.6 Ah at 37 VDC output voltage ensures uninterrupted operation of the door system. Up to 800 opening cycles or continuous opening over 24 hours are then possible with a full charge, depending on the door dimensions and the programmed settings.
The battery pack can be attached to the swing door operator DFA 127 or elegantly integrated into the extended operator variant in the kit version.
If the power failure lasts for a long time, the switched-off door system can be set to battery operation by means of remote control (wake-up mode). One impulse is enough and the drive control starts, opens the door, returns to idle mode and the door then closes again with spring force. The built-in buzzer optionally signals mains-independent battery operation.

The mode of operation is selected intuitively using the BDE-D electronic remote control; the display features text in the language of your choice. The convenient and user-friendly BDE-D remote control can also be used to set or modify application-specific door parameters such as opening and closing speeds, opening widths for reduced opening, duration of open times, etc.

Bacteria and viruses are mainly transmitted through the hands. When the door handle turns into a germ spreader, this is a problem for companies, especially in the hygiene sector. On many everyday things like smartphones, shopping carts, light switches or door handles adhere to the unwelcome bacteria firmly. For hospitals, doctors’ surgeries, restaurants as well as the food processing industry the touchless switch is the perfect solution. Are the hands occupied with carrying shopping bags, anything else or by typing a message on the smartphone, the approach to the switch is enough and the automatic door opens.
In addition to the simple operation of the door, the record BLS 60 is hygienic to use, as at no time the skin comes into contact with the object.

The EPC 903 Easy Programmer is designed specifically with Installation Engineers in mind. The lightweight and durable design enables the user to access the same functionality as the standard record BDE-D but without the robustness of a purpose-built handheld programmer.
Like the BDE-D the EPC 903 Easy Programmer unit is a convenient input and output unit for the programming of the record door openers. Logically arranged pushbuttons permit an intuitive operation of the door and navigation through the drive-specific menu structure. The LCD display with background lighting provides data and information regarding the status of the door by means of symbols and plain text messages.
An excellent feature, that makes the EPC 903 Easy Programmer invaluable to an engineer, is its usefulness in large installation situations where multiple operator setups are required. The EPC 903 Easy Programmer can easily be plugged into each operator for quick, easy setup and programming.

The record RC SWING safety sensor is directly mounted on one or both sides of swing door leaves, and functions as ride sensor. Its active infrared light curtain prevents collisions of the door leaf with persons or objects. Thanks to its slim design, it can be easily positioned on the door leaf.
